This Willow tree had a large snapped out limb due to natural failure of the tree. This is very common in Willow trees due to their fast growth and fragile wood, they can easily break and split.
This area is a haven for wildlife. We worked carefully to make the tree safe and remove all dead or dangerous branches without taking anymore than necessary. This tree will be a great habitat for bats, birds and insects.
All of the arisings from this tree were stacked in habitat piles within the woodland.
